when buying one, how do i know which gen it is?

It should be clearly labeled, if not read the Features on the box and if it has the speaker and the volume rocker (switch) on the side. THats is one easy way to tell. should say Gen 2 on the box I presume, If not, Apple obvs fails

apple failed a long time ago.. have you ever actually Used itunes? i wouldn't exactly list it under pleasant experience
