Just tell him to be a decent human being and plead guilty That is if he is guilty,,If its his first offence the judge will prolly respect him for stepping up and being a man and then give him the usual anyways lol

 

ya or be a dick and make an example out off him a good lawyer is worth it they can get you off an impaired charge on your record will haunt you man plus the 5 g's for a lawyer is cheaper then the 1500 dollar alcohol interconnect and n=min 3000 dollars per year ins for a min of 3 yrs imo

 

Hmm dui conviction will haunt .....wonder how loved ones of those who have been killed by drunk drivers must feel?

 

my Bro's sis was killed by a drunk driver back in the early 80's.... she was like 11yr old walking on a side walk.... his mom WILL NEVER get over what happened....

the guy got 90days in jail... but was a career **** up and got killed in prison years later I guess....







I really don't care if someone blows .008 or .009 whatever... or is maybe driving a lil to fast..... but you have got to know your limit between a good time and being a ****ing moron....
