bill gates' donations seems to be doing wonders to control 3rd world overpopulation. as long as i can remember(im 33) there has been overpopulation, poverty and starvation in africa, and other places as well for that matter. they have constantly look for handouts and aid from the western world. i, for one am tired of seeing ad's asking me to donate money. this has been happening for decades. these people arent learning. perhaps, the natural process of evolution should be allowed to run its course. this is happeneng for many reasons. some of the reasons are avoidable, others arent. take responisibility for the ones you can control, then ask for aid

He donates alot more than that each year. You can throw alot of money at problems, doesn't mean it solves the problem. I agree with Defro, the planet will always try and balance the poplulation it can support.

how long do we give and give and give and give for. i am sick of being asked for handouts by 3rd world countries in africa. i support local diabetes and breast cancer every year both monetarily and with my volunteer time. i do give plenty, but the aficans dont seem learn. 30,000 aficans die every day and they still dont learn, and an international concert wont make them. you cant always fix everything with money, and this is a perfect example
