can't remeber the name, but I watched one, had Mario Van Peebles and Micheal Madison in it.
oh well did a quick google search .......... movie must have been 44 minutes it's the only one that comes up in the search

Heat, with Al Pacino, Robert Deniro, Val Kilmer and Tom Sizemore was loosely based on it. It has one of the wildest (and loudest) shoot-out's you'll ever see.
