Disputing a ticket you are guilty of in the hopes that due to some technicality you wont have to pay it is abusing your right.

not if you belive your are not guilty. guilty or not its your right, excersizing(sp) that right regardless of circustance, imo, isnt abusing that right

He's guilty of one of the tickets and he knows it and willingly admitted it. However chooses to fight it that would be abusing his right as Jrace laid it out.
