well jeez this is BS. he asks the exact same thing i did a month ago and i get my *** handed to me. while you guys are not jerks to this guy.

I have a Kodak and am quite happy with it. A friend of mine bought a Lumix (made by Panasonic I believe) and it takes amazing pictures, and has insane zoom capability also.

So who can tell me what the minimum write speed of a secure digital memory card should be for taking video ? I see most range from 1.5mb/s to 10mb/s


Actually now that I think about it there is one complaint with my new HP camera.. when taking video the camera picks up noise from the zoom lens... kind of gehy if ask me... [img]graemlins/puke.gif[/img]

I am with Jeepbeats, I have a kodak and have also checked out some cameras such as that Panasonic lumix and didn't like the bulky feel...Kodak is by no means to be left out when comparing to higher end cameras...I have taken just as sharp if not sharpter images then some of these 1000$+ digital/digital slr cameras and paid 450$ for mine.... I'd personally got test them first site and get a feel of them there's a few I thought I would like until I felt thme and they felt awkward to use...
