Need new parts for home audio

When you turn up this stereo, when the subwoofer hits you can see it push out the speakers. Is there any way to stop this, or is it a problem?
I would like to replace the top speaker and the tweeter, the subs are fine.

it looked to me like the subs would push out the speaker uptop, but there "sealed units"
