I know many of people who fight there speeding tickets, and either win or get a lot taken off (Either it be Demerit points, or $$$). Him being a police officer he should know better.

which case? getting a ticket for going under the speed limit? the same way u win a case when u get a ticket for going over the speed limit. the same way you win a case for running a stop sign or making a right turn where it says no right turn. basically the same way most traffic violations cases are won.

the officer or M. Davis as his screen name is presented knew he was street racing so rather than him doing the street racing procedure (w/e it is in florida) he gave him a ticket... regardless whetehr he wrote for going over or under the speed limit the officer gave him a ticket rather than giving him the maximum penalty. then the guy racing goes and makes fun of the officer? he should be kissing his *** not flaming it with some stupid post online

yes, but. what do any of these facts have to do with the chances of that guy winning the case?

he didnt flame the cop, he said he got a ticket for going under the limit and if he could fight it.

he could fight it big time and he would likely win especially because, as he said, the speed limit was 50 but the cop said 40 in a 55 zone. That's an error on cop's part. You dont even need a lawyer to win something like this.

When I was 18, yes I once was 18, I got pulled over while driving with a suspended AND expired license (yes, very smart of me). Not only I got tickets that totalled into the 4 digit numbers but they also gave me the court appearance notice (whatever its called) right on the spot. In the end, the case never even made it to trial due to an error on cop's part. Stupid me I paid off all the fines right away, waaaaaaaaay in advance of the set court date. Good lesson learnt, it could have been much worse for me.

Even though your right for the most part yuli, he did say he was at the races and that he was racing. The fact he just admitted to racing, i'm sure there are many witnesses there that night too, and him not pulling the other guy over for speeding. We all know that with that new law out, you get in tons of heap if you are caught racing, even if your not over the limit. Now this is all speculation at the same time and I'm just speculating on that speculation (you get me?).
