I'm not 100% sure, but you can give Focus Rims and Performance a try. If it's any shop I know for performance and rims (There pretty good with suspension, one guy that works there doesn air ride suspension setups all the time, but if you can avoid it, your better off), it's deff them. Heres the link, hope it helps.

Rims are easy, suspension there are no kits, but you can always custom one modifying the factory struts to accept some generic coilovers and buy custom springs for your application. Shocks on the other hand you are out of luck. For air ride, any custom kit can be adapted, For a Cold air intake, Ebay universal kit and a good quality filter.

Air filter, fuel filter, PCV valve, plugs, wires, run 5W-20 oil if the manual says its OK, FOR CERTAIN have your injectors tested or replaced, check for vacuum leaks.
You will see increased fuel economy and power. Except for the injectors it's all fairly easy (except for one plug )
I know there are exceptions to prove the rule, but I cant say I've ever gotten good fuel economy from a 3.3 in a mini-van.
You may want to do some research on CAI kits. That's all I'm going to say because I'll end up offending someone.

I wouldnt touch it
Seriuosly though, do the air filter first. Really helps, cheap, easy, etc. If you run into trouble with anything PM me, I have done everything listed above on a 3.3.
Cheers!

if you have done everything how much MPG are you doing now?
im sure i wont get into issues with any of this since its a heck of a easy van to work on lol. first i need a brand new windshield ( dam its all cracked and all over the place ) THEN i need a power steering pump since it was damaged this summer when i clip broke and it all leaked.

Its gone now.
With vacuum leak, nothing else done, 13-15mpg
No vacuum leak, everything done, 18-19mpg
Now I DID carry a bunch of my tools around with me, but that was offset by middle seat removal.
Had around 175k on it when the tranny let go.
I have an Escape now and in the Summer was seeing an honest 26mpg, has now dropped to 21mpg in the Winter.
EDIT: Go grab a PS pump from the wreckers. probably a 30 day warranty but if it lasts 30 days, it'll probably last for the life of the van. keep in mind the actual value of the van, no offence meant, but its not worth putting a brand new PS pump on in my opinion.
