ok, so i don't know how this thread moved from stretching and bodybuilding/working out...but i like it!

if it weren't for sex then i probably wouldn't...wait, nevermind.

anywho, let's just keep on the track of how sex is really a great excercise. hehehe

damn you and your diet!!! it's hard get some ("execise") three times a week when your workout partner lives 1.5 hrs drive away.

stupid long distance relationships! i mean i hate when it takes me such a long time to drive to the "gym".

Thats not true, a protein shake post workout with milk is not reccommended at all. Sure its better then nothing, but you will be far more beneficial to mix with water, you want a fast absorbing protein post workout, with milk it slows the absorbtion(spelling?) rate making it less beneficial. Have a glass of milk 45mins-1hr after you have your post workout shake along with some real food if you really wanna benefit.
