The legal redbull you can get in canada is not the original stuff. The real stuff is alot more potent and IS illegal in canada and can only be picked up in the US.

I CAN get the real stuff. They sell it at my school's library!! It is in a small bottle and has Thai writing on it if I remember correctly. I can get a picture if you like.

yeah the real stuff has been known to actually kill people its so potent! do a little research on the stuff :S

the normal redbull is a blue/silver can

reason why it was illegal in canada was because it has taurine

apparently its no longer illegal as i enjoyed it this weekend at a local club

it taste like those cheapass rockets candies u get at haloween, the compressed icing sugar ones...

ive seen redbull everywhere now....

The Redbull you see in Canada comes in the little jars. It is a completely different mix than what is sold in the US or Japan. The Canadian version is a toned down version as the government won't allow the real product to come in.
In all actuallity, the true stuff comes from Japan in a similar bottle they sell here in Canada, but it does contain Taurine. It is alot higher dose than what is in the US version. The US version has added carbonation and is in a can. There are a couple different verisons in the US as well.
High amounts of Taurine can cause irregular heat beat and in some instances, a stoppage of the heart all together. It has been said that it is not recomended that you drink more then 3-4 a day.
Alot of the Canadian bars that are selling it are buying the US version from the US, as it is not leagally sold in Canada.
