Rust Protection for my vehicle

Hello, Haven't posted in a while but I figured you guys would know the answer to this question the best.

I recently had my vehicle ('94 Beretta) painted by the insurance company. The painting people said that the insurance company is apparently putting in $15 buxx to have my car "rust protected" which involves the bottom of the car, wheel wells and inside the doors. Now, I "THINK" they're trying to encourage me to do this because my paint has a warrantee and they don't want to have a rust issue @ the wheel wells like it had before while making me pay for this rust protection.

Now, my main question is in regards to sound deadening. May car, after painiting, will be coming in for some extensive sound deadening (b-quiet stuff I purchased a while ago) which may or may not involve me deadening the door skins. What I want to know is if the crap they will be spraying onto my car will be a pain in the *** or not to remove should I choose to do the skins. I assume that the inside of the door will be an oily mess. As well, I suppose an opinion on whether I should deaden the doorskin is also in order.

History:
Vehicle currently has a set of 15" subs in the back whose future is in question @ this time with respect to their box configuration; lets say sealed for now. I have a set of ID Chameleons and a set of IDQ8" that I plan on making a home in my doorskins for but, as it sits, I have blown 4x6" speakers in my kickpanels (yes, I am listening to my radio off the woofer part of a 4x6" 2-way $10 15WRMS Pioneer speaker on the LH side only powered by an Alpine MRV-1005).

ok if i read this right.. which i probably didn't.

do the rust protection man. you will thank your self in the end.

my truck never had any type of rust coating undernieth...

now look at the box and you will see what i mean... i'm surprised it still can handle the amount of stuff i toss back thier almost daily.

i know this is a car, but a truck is what i chose to use as an example.

i got my 06 SS S/C cobalt sprayed. so all in all that car will never rust on me.

It was mostly history of the car. What I am basically asking is should I get the rust protection done if I am thinking about deadening the door skins?

Maybe I should just get them to do everything except the doors.

Lightbulb

could always get the doors done after you deaden them. kind of a final protective layer.

I think they only try to spray the bottom few inches of the panel anyway, you could still deaden the door after and if it does not stick so well down low, oh well.

Man, deaden first!!
Ive had customers come to my shop, anking why their door speakers dont work anymore, and want warranty. When i take the door skins apart the speaker is COVERED in oil spray! Try and explain that one!! You will never get deadening to stick to that, and its a pain in the @$$ to remove!!
Do your self a favour, and get the doors done later!!

Deaden first.

Alot of people get thier car done once a year.

I think there is better stuff out there than the oil spray for rust protection...hell a truck bedliner spray would probably be far superior in every way.
