I'm not saying he isn't guilty because I believe that he is. I'm just explaining the simple fact that your technically not guilty unless its proven through evidence.

I think the media made such a big case out of it because he was charged with murder, not only for his pregnant wife, but also for the unborn baby. this sets up a HUGE human rights case about abortion etc etc etc.

A LOT of Americans are against abortion...you could say most are so against it they used it to justify voting for Bush instead of Kerry...Americans got the government they deserve...
It's ironic that many Americans would have voted for Kerry if they thought he was going to make abortion and same sex marrige illegal....but since he wasn't, Bush has free reign in so many areas of everyone's lives the impact will be felt by all on this planet, and all because most Americans are of the opinion that morality should be enforced by the government and personal choice is not between you and God, it's between you and the country you live in. Too bad they can't vote themselves out of their gun toting, high murder rate society...not part of the morality equation I guess.
