, and we are right next to an elementary school.I mean the cops are there maybe..well once or twice a summer

Wildlife is a major issue up here. I think you should be allowed to go faster then 100 on rural roads in the summer during the day. But in winter, or at night or busy roads can be unsafe. I've gone someplace with people that drove 180 most of the way. But this was a nice desserted road during a sunny summer day. I can say it was safe, but then again if you blow a tire you are at alot more risk.
The way I see it, speeding can be fun, but it's usually dangerous and only costs you money and ruins your record.

I have pics here of the remains of my buddies 94 Caprice RCMP Interceptor after a head runin with a moose.....Its not pretty!
The moose came over the hood,hind legs thru the windsheild(impaled on the wiper arm),front legs over the roof,which moved the whole roof back about 6-8 inches or so.The hind legs missed his nephew by mere inches.And to top it off,the airbags never went off either...
