Totally disheartening to hear such scary things could be done by someone as young as 16 the sad part is if hes already this bad it can only get worse I am #1382.

1524 for me teens today are more aware of what they do. Just because they are young shouldnt mean that they have different rules. Sure dont give there name out but they are just like everyone here and they should be accountable for what they do. If they kill someone then give them life just like an adult no different. If it was like this I bet you might see a decrease in crime among youth. just my 2 cents
