Went to a Ford dealership today
to buy a brand new Mustang GT and the stupid ppl there said that it's close to impossible to get one until the 2006 models come out. He said something about them only making 192000 05 Mustangs in North America. He said I could get the V6. I thought he was full of it so I went to another dealership and they said the same damn thing!
Anybody know how else I could get one?

I've heard they're hard to come buy as well.
My boss's boss wanted to buy one, since he actually makes money with the company. But he was told there was a wait for them as well, and this was a couple weeks or month(s) ago or so.

Well I went back to the first dealership I went to yesterday to put me on the waiting list. It's not like I am tried to talk the salesman to lower the price or anything. Like I am willing to pay normal price for a Mustang if i can get one. I just think it's weird that they didn't make enough cars. On monday I will have to call alot more places.
It just sucks. I wanted this car like in the next 2 weeks or so, not in a few months.
Man this sucks

yeah there is a couple sitting here at the dealership as well. while i am a chevy man til i die, they are,,were sweet looking cars, but now that there are at least 15 driving around here,,,they just don't seem so special anymore. especially if you see some of the people that drive them lol. how they got a brand new car is beyond me. but on the other hand, i got to give ford credit. since the 70's,,,this is prolly the best looking stang they put out. not like the 94's
When they first came out the local dealership only had V8s, and I thought they had some there the other day. Barrie Ford is showing 2 GTs in stock, Douglas Ford doesn't show online new stock but I know they had at least one there the other day. Migth want to give 'em a try - Barrie isn't too far from you.
