A manufacture of cars cannot react fast to supply and demand.
Think about it, the parts for that car probably come from dozens of different vendors...
It can sometimes take months for production to meet demand.
Look at cars in the past few years that have had the same problem....New Beetle, Mini Coopers, there must be more..

They only made 192000 mustang for 05 in North America. Sounds dumb ot me since they are loosing lots of money

All you people thinking they are losing money are crazy. They are getting huge premiums over sticker right now. The first car that this trend started with is the Mazda Miata. It's better to sell less cars for more money than many cars for less money.
