What constitutes a clean drivers abstract?

I figure a clean liscence is a CLEAN liscence. Get a driver's abstract at your local registry, and if it says anything other than "nothing to report", you don't have a clean liscence.
Mine says "nothing to report" and has so for over ten years.
Pretty damn good for a city P&D driver that does ~50,000km's a year.
My insurance is under a grand a year, and it's commercial vehicle insurance, with full coverage including collision

add another speeding ticket to that...frickin god darn't. Speeding up from a hill, got up to 64km in a 50km/h zone to shift into fourth and make it up the hill without my jeep hating me. Sure enough, jonny laser radar pulls me over.
$110...not that thats a big deal, but meh, just overall, hadn't had a speeding ticket since getting my jeep as my driving has tamed (no long fun to speed like it was in a sports car). Drove 10k under the speed limit till this hill and then DOH!!!

frickin AB makes you pay for your abstract...and their whole insurance and pretty much everything related is messed up (in my opinion) compared to BC.
I essentially get raped in AB compare to how it was in BC
