My first car after my 68 olds with a 1984 chrysler laser. I loved that car, had the mopar performance computer for it, 175hp. Too bad the stock 70 series rubber they came with sucked.

Lightbulb

^ Daytonas/Lasers rock. I love those cars.

My daily is a 2004 SX 2.0. I'm actually quite impressed with this car - I really like it.

Soon though my nights will belong to...

06 Monte Carlo SS. Just hit 24,000 km and it'll be 5 months old next wednesday.

Replaced all the factory 'premium' speakers, added Kicker CVR 15" subs. It took some doin' to fit those subs in there. Notice they're a little bigger than the opening. The rear deck pioneer 6x9's are in the original factory mounts, but i sealed and screwed them in. The door speakers were originally 6" components, so i replaced them with MB Quart RCE216's. Had to modify and stiffen the mounts. Used some dynamat, needs more. Hanging very solidly on 8, 1/4" SS threaded rods, are the 6 Pioneer 5100T's. One amp for each speaker.
Someday I'll replace the factory deck.

Nice install Mr T., but unless my computer has gone into mirror mode,
I'd swear your amps are in there upside down.....

Ever have any heat issues??

Just wondering......a buddy wants me to hang his amps from the roof of his van, and I keep telling him he shouldn't do it that way.....
