When I was 19 I was 5'10" and 143lbs. Now I'm 27yoa, the same height, and 220lbs (muscular).
I have lots of energy and I certainly am not on the downside of my sexual peak.
It's all in how you take care of yourself. Sure, I may go a stretch of 3-4 days with only 3-4hrs of sleep in between but I also don't smoke, rarely drink, I eat healthy, and I go to the gym 5-6 days a week religously.

Don't forget that hard work is not the same as working out. Riggers work hard but very rarely do they seem to be in peak physical condition. Get some cardio and start eating helthy and you will be good to go, I am 31 and still have the same energy as when I was 20.

I am 17, gotta be at work by 5:30am everyday, finish school around 5:30 pm usually. I sometimes go to some parties, but going to the bar is a bit of a hassel, atleast for another 5 months, it sucks though cause all my friends at the university are atleast 19. Still able to party until 1:30am no problem and then wake up by 4:30am so I can get to work on time. I dont have a set diet but I eat fairly healthy, and I do workouts from home gym whenever I have time. Also have 2 project cars to work on, so im always busy. You guys are scaring me saying I wont have this energy forever, except for Yuli ofcourse, he has still got some led in his pencil.
