I know what you mean Martin...I'm about to turn 31 and I feel more like 50...I've even gone to the doctor because I can't get enough sleep at night...
Used to be I could do good on 5 hours but anymore, sometime even 11 hours isnt enough..And I feel stiff and decrepid lately....
Thing that scares me more than anything is arthiritis runs rampidt in my gene's...Not looking forward to that..

I work midnights, get home 8am sometimes sleep right away other times sleep around 3pm but I usually sleep from when I get home till 9pm and sometimes right till 11:00pm then head to work. I don't do anything till the weekends, and even then I get off 8am saturdays then begin my weekend quite a few timse I've had 24 hour or even 35 hours days, then pass out saturday night anywhere from 7-10pm wake up sunday at like 5pm it's nuts no energy to do anything and even with all the sleep I still feel tired...

I HATE getting stuck on midnights. My bastard family is noisy and unconsiderate of my need to sleep. I get paid more for nightshifts but damn it's still nowhere near worth it. You can never get used to it.
