Where to travel to?

I've been to Cuba for 2 weeks and travelled basically the whole island. Great place to travel, especially if you just plan on staying on the resort. If you stay in Varadero make sure you take the bus ride to Havanah and visit the old colonial time.

Been to Cuba near Holguin (sp?) It was ok except it was so far from a main city that we couldn't really see anything without a 1 hour trip to the city. Also no Cubans were allowed on the property unless they worked there. 1 good thing was where I stayed was free booze 24/7 for 2 weeks, swam with some Dolphins and renting a moped and just driving around!

Mexico is getting really expensive I find - especially the Cancun coast region. Cuba sounds great-everyone I know had a great time. Dominican Republic - Punta Cana - great but isolated as in not much else around there. Puerto Plata - OK but close to Sosua(20 minutes) which is Latin America's attempt at Bangkok - lots of young prostitutes. Yeah Cuba sounds good doesn't it.

Cuba is cheaper than all man, my cousins gettin married there cuz of that lol
And i do know ppl that went there said it was cheap but still had a great time.
To an extent i think you could have a great time anywhere you bring the party not vice versa. IMO

I've been to Cuba, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
Cuba..been in Holguin...it was the nicest resort in Cuba I've been to. Get used to very pushy British and Germans (who tend to but in line

Been to Santiago De Cuba too. It has even more beautiful shores, not as nice resorts, but nicer people and tourists.
Mexico..I stayed neat Manzaillo (spelling) and it was nice too. Mexican locals were allowed on the resorts and were VERY rude and pushy. It was a bit dirtier than Cuba, but still nice.
Dominican..I forget where exactly we stayed, but it was an hour from the capital city. There is garbage all along every street, but the resorts are nicely kept.
One place I want go to to before I die is Iceland.
