Is it for looks? Or does the marginal weight difference actually increase the performance?

I have seen about three cav/sunfires in town with those hoods.

****ty about your luck....who wouldhave though tthere was a bump big enough in Sask to cause damage!
</font>
I DO NOT RACE MY CAR, and I've said before this car is purely for show. I've liked this hood ever since I spotted it on an IS 300 (favorite car). I have absolutely NO interest in ever racing this car. Its an automatic to boot why would I ever want to race an auto come on now. I pick up my new hood end of the month

As for painting, why would you paint it you wouldn't get the CF effect. I also have not decided what colour my car will be in the end.

Yeah, it's such a terrible place isn't it? I mean you drive up to some random farmers house and he gives you a 1/4 tank of gas to help you on your way.

I'm originally from Sask and moved out here to Alberta for a job offer, but honestly if I could get a job back home that paid as well as I do here in a heartbeat I would go back. Pretty much everyone I've met who's actually been born and raised in Alberta are so full of themselves it makes me sick, the only good people I've met are from BC!

Here is a typical conversation I have with someone living in Alberta:

"Hey, where are you from?"
"Saskatoon Saskatchewan"
"Saskatchewan? That place sucks."
"Oh yeah? Ever been?"
"Well no... but it's flat and you have no mountains"
"Have you ever travelled about an hour East of Calgary? You would be hard pressed to tell the difference in provinces."
"**** that, you don't know what you're talking about"

yadda yadda yadda... It's honestly getting REALLY old the mentality Albertians have. And then I read this post, about some guy who apparently can't drive worth ****, ****s up his car, and then blames it on a province? Just one more retarded Alberta example to add to my growing list

Would you go as far to say that Ontario has more hills/mountains than saskatchewan ?

ooooK then

all I know is if I pick up that carbon fiber boser hood I've been looking at for my car, it will be painted to match the rest of the car
</font>
Would that not eliminate the CF effect

Shouldn't the thread topic be "I was stupid guys, look what I did" or how about "I drove home exhausted and not paying attention and even though I was lucky not to kill anyone on the way look at what I did do."
Oh, and it's spelled "Saskatchewan" not "Saskateuwan" you little geography student you.
No Captain obvious.. I dont hate Sask for what happened to my car at all.. I always hated Sask. At the area around my dads farm.. its like a hell on earth.. there is no future.. and nobody there could care less.. 5 businesses in the town 3km west of me closed down in the last 4 months.. for a town of 70.. that is a LOT!.. the people are amazingly unfriendly.. I drove in there with a car other then the (norm) of a family car.. and it was nuts the cold shoulder that I got. My dad has a farm out there as I already said.. and I've spent about 12 summers there ever since I was 10. So unlike what you and Big Tom like to think.. I have a lot more reason for feeling that way then either would think. Like coming back to Calgary was the greatest feeling I've felt in some time.. let me tell you.. it does not surprise me for even a fraction of a second that everybody is moving to Alberta.

Seriously.. I really like Saskatoon and Swift Current.. but the deep south is just hell.

4 more farms out of a 40 square kilometer radius were abandoned in the last 5 years.. thats a lot..

yeah the car was my fault.. and I dont think any farmer would have refused to help out a needy person.

68 people a day (on average) move to calgary.. a quick drive through rural sask. and you'll understand why.

Sorry for the rant.. it just pisses me off.
