Pretty much all just on the hardcore street rap east coast scene. They are all classics.
Dunno why you have some wack stuff like Master P and BG on there. Master P - Ghetto D was his only good one.
This is what comes to mind first.
1)Notorious BIG - Ready to Die
->incredible lyrics, production
2)Mobb Deep - The Infamous
->dark street classic
3)Mobb Deep - Hell on Earth
->dark beats, good lyrics
4)Big Pun - Capital Punishment
->Pun in his prime
5)Capone-n-Noreaga - The War Report
->this album has production that just wants to make you go out and crack some heads
6)Canibus - 2000 B.C.
->best battle rap album... EVER
7)Gangstarr - Full Clip
8)Cypress Hill - Temples of Boom
->really nice beats
9)Dr. Dre - Chronic 2001
->awesome production
10)Wu-Tang Clan - Enter the Wu-Tang 36 Chambers
->Classic Wu before they fell off
Add
Nas - Illmatic
AZ - Doe or Die
Fat Joe - Jealous Ones Envy
Dr. Dre - The Chronic
I got about 1400 rap albums so it's too hard to narrow it down to like 10 classics.

yah i know many are not fans of P and BG but u have to listen to those albums. i have Ghetto D as well but i feel that Last Don was a better all around album. and out of like 20 albums that BG put out he's bound to have atleast 1 good one. Chopper city in the ghetto was that one amazing album.
i cant belive u dont have Illmatic.......thats where it all began, all the rap before that album is obsolete.

I fee like I shouldn't even make a response to the topic at hand due to some of the titles and artists that have been mentioned. LOL!
But,
1. Makaveli The Don Killuminati: The Seven Day Theory (Wicked production with absolutely no filler tracks!)
2. 2Pac - Me Against The World (Most people in recent time have not given this album a close enough listen!)
3. Geto Boys - Grip It On That Other Level
4. Dr. Dre - The Chronic (Original Album) The Chronic 2001 wouldn't make my list of top 50 rap albums! LOL!
5. Eazy E - It's on 187 Killa (Some of the most hardcore gangster rap you will ever find. Also taking mad shots at Dre. And doing it with such style!)
6. Nas - Illmatic and Stillmatic tie it for me. I love them both equally and think they both came out equally as good.
7. 2Pac - All Eyez On Me (Rap's first ever double CD and highest selling rap album of all time still. Nothing more to be said!)
8. N.W.A. Straight Outta Compton (Amazing!)
9. Capone & Noreaga - The War Report (I gotta give it up to them) They are my favorite East Coast team!
10. Too Short - Get In Where You Fit In (Classic pimp **** from the only man that lays it down so funky!)
I really would need to make a top 30 list to be fair. But, if I have to pick ten those are it. Biggie is a legend but, none of his albums impressed me enough as a whole. They all had great tracks but, not that kept me listening from track to track without skipping. Master P is a joke. Everyone of his songs and albums sound like they were produced on a child's toy keyboard. Doing nothing but screaming "Uhhhhhh" non stop. If that doesn't get irritating after a while! LOL!
But, as I said, if you are going to do a top list the least I can do is 30. But, these are the ten I'd have to pick!

Damn.. no one has mentioned RUN DMC at all?
that makes me sad.
I'm a big fan of Tougher Than Leather.
Also a big House of Pain fan. Their self titled album was awesome. Same As It Ever Was is also great.
1) House of Pain - self titled
2) Tougher than Leather - RUN-DMC
3) Ready to Die - Biggie
4) The Eminem Show - Eminem
5) All Eyes on Me - 2Pac
6) The Black Album - Jay-Z
7) Tical - Method Man
I really can't think of any other complete albums that I like.
A bunch of them have a few songs, but not an entire albums worth of songs.
