Since we are on the Eminem subject I honestly can't wait for his new album Encore to come out.. So far 2 singles have cause more controversy and the album isn't due out for another 3 weeks. It wouldn't suprise me to see him in Jail by febuary.

yermolovd - Thats actually a very good point man, I have noticed that his music went from deathly to clowny. More of his songs relate to making fun of someone whether it be Bush or Michael Jackson or whoever else. In the past it was mainly gay jokes that stood out and beating his gf and/or mom etc. His lyrics throughout albums significally have changed with each album. Seems like he's getting softer. However that could be a result of the bitching public... Here's where the arguement of why pick on Eminem for violent lyrics but not other ones so much? Insane Clown Posse gets away with it so do other Death Metal bands.... But for some reason and he obviously singles himself out, they choose to try and limit his lyrics.

Basically Eminem went from hardcore to softcore. Even look at the difference in song titles from album to album.

Compare the song Brain Damage to Without Me...

I like his music but i prefer his first album when it was original and new. I still support him to this day but all in all he's gone soft.

Cujo - Bring back the old school man Run DMC, House Of Pain, etc

1) House of Pain - self titled (even if you appreciate House of Pain, their second album was better)
2) Tougher than Leather - RUN-DMC ( I agree)
3) Ready to Die - Biggie (Iagree again)
4) The Eminem Show - Eminem ( He had 2 albums before this that were better)
5) All Eyes on Me - 2Pac (yup, should be #1)
6) The Black Album - Jay-Z (couple of his greatest songs but he had better full albums)
7) Tical - Method Man (was brutaly dissapointed when I heard this. After hearing his impact on the first WTC album this was a let down. A few awesome tunes, but rest of album sucked.

Other than RUN DMC you didn't have anybody from the 80's or early 90's.
