apart from suicide....whats the best way to fight a cold. I've always had good luck in just sleeping....usually if i sleep thru a day i can conquer any cold/flu. But with my most recent attraction, i slept till about 8pm, got up for food and went back in...and i still have it.

Attempted going to work the next day, cause i couldn't miss another day, but i left after 1h 20m.

So today i broke down and bought some pills for myself to pop. They're helping...well they're not really helping....maybe they'll help on a mental front!

 

when i'm sick like that i wake up i take dayquill, when i goto bed i take nyquill. it usually helps me get through the days n the whole bein sick doesnt last long.

 

I was messed up the day before yesterday. I was wounded bad! I ended up going to the doctor because it felt like I had a lot worse than a cold. He told me it was probably a sinus infection since I had a few extra symptoms. But, of course could have just been a bad cold. At any rate he gave me some meds and within a few hours of taking the first one I felt waaaay better. If you can tuff it out than I say go for it. But if you feel that shitty than I would go see your doc!

 

I never take pills, unless absolutely necesary.. To get over a cold, I find having a cup of water at my desk helps. I end up drinking it cause it's there.. and when it's empty I fill it up. The drinking lots of water, and tons of sleep always help me get over a cold... Although I always end up getting them right before I have to sing in a concert.. [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img]

I was always lucky I get better quick, and my *** is outta shape no where 90% healthy lol... but yeah buckleys *BLAH* and sinus meds vist my aunt her theory is "With all the meds in the cupboard, feed them all to ya 1 should work".. dope the hell outta ya make ya pass for for 3 days but your good to go...
