Hey, whats going on guys.. I recently bought a Dual XDVD710 (second hand off someone) and everything works fine, I got to put the cd's in and it reads the cds, but after doing it for the first time, the cds or dvds wont go in.. can anybody shed some light or tell me where to go to fix this? Im Located in Toronto

 

Do you know the guy you bought it from? The first problem I see is it is a used Dual DVD deck. Get your money back and buy something GOOD. You will definately not want to waste money fixing this POS. Kenwood, Alpine, Pioneer, etc all make good DVD units. Just expect to pay more than $150.00 for one of them. Upside is it should actually work.
