nice box! is there a difference between flared or just regular cut ports??

p.s. how do the subs sound in in there

flared ports (kerfed) help with the air flow of the enclosure, but i believe are mainly for looks. i built for 2 12" type r's awhile ago in high school shop class. it was an adventure.

to the O/P, another great enclosure

the flared port is basically dead quiet as far as port noise goes
so it does make a difference....that and it looks better
