Need a new motor

Hey I just bought a Crx and it turned out to be a total Bomb, but my Boyfriend and i have decided to restore it, We want to put a new motor , new computer, New fuse panel etc and all the rest that goes under the hood , so you if have anyways idea of a place to get all this stuff and a good shop that can put it all in for me ( perferebly in the Ottawa area) that would be great we need to get this Girl running right for next Season plz help me .

id look at junkyards localy for a new motor
usualyl they provide a short warranty and price is cheaper then getting new or rebuilding the motor

i cant recomment any shops tho sry

Might want to take a journey over to www.gtcars.ca and do some digging around there. Lots of people in there that could help in a flash.

a New motor for a CRX is about 1000 - to 3000 bucks depends on what he wants to go
DOHC your lookin at alot of Bling Bling for something like that
SOHC Cheap Nothing else to say about them there no differnet between the to just the Cam with give you 40hp

Forgot to say If your going heavly Mod the Engine on this Car for sure go DOHC but just for stereo pfff SOHC. Then just get a Aftermarket Alternator done MAKE SURE THEY DONT screw up on the reglator!!! IM318 is the part number not IN344 Then again you need to make sure!! they screwed up a thew times with this on my car.
