randy that setup looks great it should sound fantastic just registered to this site and cannot figure out how to post a new thread any advice i wait for reply and good luck on that system i am trying to build one to as a rookie thx
Gonna need a bit more info. Equipment sounds like it's capable so it must have something to do with your actual tuning of the system. Where are your gains and X-overs at? How much out of alignment is your EQ? Things like that will need to be known before anyone can really help. Also check to see that you are not trying to send Full Range signal to the speakers. Pics of the amp settings would help. Also please check to see that your speakers are wired correctly and not out of phase. Lots of little things to check but we'll get there, fear not!
Are any of the speakers that you have mixing impedance i.e 2ohm & 4ohm on the same channel? which could ultimately lead to an impedance that the amp may not be able to properly manage giving bad sound quality.
Also as the poster above me mentioned, maybe your system is not eq'd properly. Look for up the frequency ranges that each set of speakers performs well in and try to factor that in when setting your crossovers.
