The highest amperage alternator I’ve seen personally is around 300 amps. I saw near the In Town Automotive garage in Northampton. It’s because it’s one of the most reliable garages in the town and many car owners come there often.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see vehicles with higher amerage alternator over there.
