I'm looking for a AC DQS with the DDC controller and the prices are too good to be true on Ebay.

Any suggestions to buy or not to buy - Also wooferetc.com has them but only offer 1 year warranty - where AC's warranty is 5 years from a retail outlet!

The MS8 has been sent back to the drawing board software wise, I wouldn't hold my breath for it any time soon.

AC products are nice but for the price you don't get that much I find. No T\A, no phase switching.

Alpine h700 or H701, rockford 3sixty.2 and the zapco dsp6 are good alternatives, especially used.

 

Ah **** I'm not ready to lay down coin on any AC units. The H700 is not what I'm looking for and the 3sixty.2 would be fantastic if it came with laptop support instead of a PDA(WTF_PDA in 2008)

 

The 360.2 does have laptop support, only the first year was palm only!

 

Thanks for the FYI - I just installed the software on my MAC(boot camp w. XP).
All I need is to test it out before buying!
