HI there. I'm a member on this other forum... there: there is this rule that new members can't post links until they have at least X number of posts. I dont know the exact number... but its probably 20 or more. That way these spammers are eliminated... so there are none of these "Great deals on Cell phones" posts from these fresh new members. Its just an idea.. if you want to know more.. I can ask the mods on that particular forum. Its http://www.mx6.com

Do you think there is the need to warrent such a feature? I haven't seen an abundant amount of spam on the board, and the stuff that does happen gets removed pretty quick. Maybe I am missing some of it? [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

we get very little Spam around here... mostly because of the requirement to have a legitimate email address. [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]
