I don't know how you paid, but if it is with a credit card, all you have to do is call the credit card company and tell them that you never recieved the items. Tell them you want to do a chargeback. This will have the credit card company take the money out of Paypal's account, then paypal will be responsible for straightening things out with the third party.

I have no knowledge of this transaction so I'm not saying someone scammed someone, or whatever, not trying to pick a fight, I'm just goign with whatever info was posted.

Sorry if I offend anyone, I just was trying to help because I have been ripped off before and this method fixed my problems.

Good luck, I hope to see it all resolved well.

Thanks,
Craig G

This really puts a damper on trusting purchases from CCA members. I would not have been so patient and would have filed a police report within the first 30 days. I would also have contacted PayPal to cover the loss and if they didn't then Visa to reverse the charges (if possible on a rechargeable card).

Also, knowing that someone can reverse Visa charges by simply calling and saying that the goods were not received is another deterent to selling any equipment using PayPal unless it is from a savings/chequing account...

At the moment, i still did not receive anything, nor i have received better explanations.

I have not anymore to do, since paypal won't accept covering out of europe transactions.

I may have to file a report to police, that's really something i DONT want to do, i hope to no be really forced to though.

Also im planning to fly to canada after the summer as a post-degree holyday.

But i hope everything will be solved before then.
