Make sure you keep it true though. Use a bull horn too!!! If it's warm out, make it a party and give out free lemonade!!!

Had an experience like this out front of a car dealership years ago over a few hundred bucks.

100% effective
Sounds good, this idea has crossed my mind, but ah, kinda nervious on how they would silnce me

There's absolutely nothing to be afraid of. They won't want any type of a physical confrontation and if they do, call the cops and sure them!!!

Seriously, you're not breaking the law or slandering anyone and if they want ti silence you, a true replacement deck I'm sure would do the trick right?

Well, I went to sound solutions on Monday, and confronted Ken, the Owner.
Told him to up my stuff, or cash by friday, or its going to the courts...

He started to story tell(again) I stopped him(tore a strip off him in the middle of the store!) and told him friday, or its going to court. We'll see what happens... the guys REALLY thick.

I called the cops, yea, its a civil matter. Thats just not right. Cops wont do anything.
If an individual steals from a company, its theft.
but its a civil matter if a company does it to an individual?!?! WTF?!

Who the hell made these fricken rules anyways?!?! geez...

So Tucson, not this weekend, but next I'm free, wanna sit outside the store?
I've made my t-shirt already(I'll make you one too!) I'm going to make business cards, and a couple of posters too!

I have my court papers ready to go. I have to pay for a company search in order to process the claim.
So how do I adress the claim:
Ken 'Lastname' c.o.b.a. Sound Solutions?

Yea, it sucks, dunno how they they get this mindset. I've heard quite a few(bad) stories about them walking around the base here...

So, its going to court... their response to my notice of claim is that they deni everything I have stated, and that they owe me "NOTHING"... Court date is set for the end of July.

But on the bright side, I found a descent deck at 50% off. I'm happy with it, and I have tunes in the car again!!
