Stolen - well not quite
Which is more than likely why the RCMP officer turned her back to me when she arrived and did not order me off of him. She recognized the dude and perhaps she was hoping that I might need to defend myself some more. I would not have done that however, it's not me. Yup, 30 days, plead out for theft to drop the other charges....what a system but it is what we have to work with.
Awesome Rob! Way to go
Yeah, retaliation is a bitch though. That could go either way. He either is too busy with trying to find stuff to rip off to come back and throw a rock through your window or he will try and get his 'boys' to jump you when you are alone. I'm not in that kind of world of cowardly thugness so I don't know how much that happens. Good that you showed him who his daddy was though.

Get an alarm if you dont have one, had about 2-3 grand worth of stuff stolen from my car right outside my house...shame on me for not having an alarm yes my ignorance and trusting nature lead to it but on the bright side insurance came through with 1000 bucks which got me on my way to buying a sweet set up from Rob or Mr2nr at forbidden audio...awsome stuff
glad that you werent hurt, and good for you stopping him.
i used to work security and i always recommend that unless you are trained to stop someone, you shouldnt. but i do like hearing stories like this where everything except the court system turned out good.
its no wonder that cops and security abuse the people they arrest, as they often know that the crook aint going to spend any serious time in jail.
lol, the amount of phone book beatings ive heard of would astonish some of you.
ask a cop for an indepth explaination if you are unfamiliar with the use of a phonebook in crime control
