I have a 01 town car new subs amp and farad cap my amp plays for about 15 min gets hot and cuts off sent if to planet audio they wait it got a little warm on the bench test but never hot and cut off every thing is new …. if im not mistaken the way I have everything it should be fine it has 0 gauge power wire and grounds
