What kind of amp should i get?

any amp that will do 300-600Wrms should be fine if your sub is 4 ohm single voice coil.
if it is a dual 4 ohm or a dual 2 ohm configuration look into a mono amp.
but bridging a 2 channel should be fine as long as you dont run it under the recomended ohm stability...

it wont be too too loud, but yeah if the sub is a 4 ohm sub, and you bridge the amp to get a 4 ohm mono load it should be just fine.
just dont crank the gains on the amp so you dont blow the sub from using distorted power. at the point where your speakers start to crackel and sound distorted should be the point where your sub is the loudest withought sounding distorted.

oh 240W max. um yeah if your talking max numbers look for rms numbers.
240 max is like what 120Wrms.
that would sound kinda sloppy.
get something thats like 800-1000W max as its to little to overpower your sub but will still be loud.(fairly, how loud can 1 sony be really)
