Once again i dont know why people are jumping to conclusion's no one is saying that the staff will take meter from car to car try to test it out. There will be a spot setup for sound competition but DB or IASCA wont be handling it for this show next year.

Sam, the absolute best thing you could do would be to include idbl and db drag directly INTO the show instead of getting rid of them. Put them out in the open, instead of around the back hidden from everyone. They were the only aspect of the show that didnt get shut down. Why would you possibly get rid of the only aspect that ran to completion?

If Selective sounds decides to run the audio portion on their own they might want to consider getting a more accurate meter. Their AC 160 is FAR from accurate.

The medals that were handed out by either DB or Iasca , i wasnt there to see who was handing what out. And I had alot of complaints from people that were not aware of DB or IASCA. They wanted to compete for sound not with some of the bigger guys. Because this is not a DB or Iasca event its a show and shine held for selective sound as well as a sound aspect placed in it at the same time.

Thats why as indicated next year there will be 2 seperate events , one Iasca & DB will be on site if desired and the other one will be handled by officials at selective sound to give others the opportunity to have fun in.

i'm not pin pointing at don or anyone is specific , I'm saying due to the complaints we got we have to change things up a little for next year.
