just grab some split loom and silicone it around the sharp edges

the wire has been all ripped out. I got a piece of 1/0 that I had from princess auto, split the insulation, pulled out the copper and placed it the insulation around the sharp edges. The silicone is a good idea, I will put that in as well. I really don't know any other way to get at the edges because I tried bending them over but its just too hard to get access to do it plus the metal is pretty stiff lol. Perhaps i will check out the split loom as the insulation method will probobly cut easily enough as well

maybe I will try to smooth the edges with a grinding disc on my rotozip as well

USE THE DOOR WEATHER STRIPING
IT HAS METAL INSIDE THE RUBBER AND YOU CAN NOT HURT IT

Just wondering if those are custom terminal blocks or availble through a speical order or something?
