the most important thing to remember when competing is to have fun, there is always going to be someone louder, someone who has more experience, even competitors who have competed at the Worlds level (Luke99 , Nos21). Have an open mind, go meet competitors, check out there systems, chat it up, learn how to better improve your system and get er louder. There is tons of free information at sound events where a person can learn, take advantage of opportunity's like this................. its win win for all.

oh i have competed against will, and lost to him and have no problems taking pointers from him as he is seasoned and does quite well for himself. I have had "louder" stereos with more power but I am family man who brings my wife and kid to shows. Thus limits me to stereo size so i have scaled way back. I run 2 10 inch powerbass 2xl 10's hooked to a powerbass 1000.1d. My power is 1/0 welding cable ran from under the hood to a xspower d3100. I built a custom box, which there is a thread for under enclosure section called 03 cavalier speaker enclosure (check it out). I fall into all rules under street stock b so i will compete there and have fun.

looks ok, the only thing I would of done differently is rounding of the port in the chamber, it will help the pressure in the box exit unrestricted, and resin the inside of the box.
