Chris....it is a shame but it is true....i have no clue why it dropped off in ont....would it be because Moe is no longer in the game as much in ont...cause he is in the usa and the rest of the world more often than not....is it becuse the audio scene is cycling...is it because the shows in new york and states that are close to the border are upping thier game....is the problems from hurrcaines and terrorists affecting(sept 11 and katrina).... or is it lack of change in the audio industry(42 needs to come into play)....

iasca is strong....and reaches far and wide.....db drags has alot more sponsors and it makes for a great finals...especially when they can give away cars as prizes....but the biggest show in north america..sbn is an iasca show that is headed by iasca that happens to have db drags and usaci and meca in it. biggest show in north america compared to any....and only ces and sema are bigger.....am i wrong?

strong yes......but it will take time to grow it again and it will take some dedicated professional to make it top notch...

I agree with all of those. BUT.. I think the biggest thing out here is no more Moe.. we were very fortunate to have him around when he was, now that he's moved onto bigger things we miss him

Chris B... you have confused me!!!

First you said that IASCA has died off since 2003. Which happens to mean that you are saying that it has died off since Moe has taken it over in Ontario. Last year Moe was still up here and did many events and was quite upset that you didn't show up. SVR 2005, you showed up but didn't compete for IASCA. Also, Cayuga, did you compete there?

Now you are saying that it is worst since Moe left. Do you like Moe seriously? Do you realize that everytime you put down IASCA, You are putting down Moe? Moe is the Director of IASCA. If you don't like IASCA then stick to DB Drag and don't knock it. I am sure that Moe reads these posts and he may see it the way I do.

Pro Stock is the start of filtering stock. From what I heard in 2005, the plan for 2007 was to take guys such as Yuli, Da Silva, etc and bump them. You should tell Moe how you feel, not the world wide web.

As for the death of it in Ontario, the competitors have killed it. Look at DB Drag in Ontario, what bs we went through in 2004. Everybody supported a dead organization. 2005, Db Drag went to the west and left Ontario with nothing. Everybody did what they could to support it and keep it going and succeeded. Why don't people do that for IASCA?

There were many shows last year in Ontario with Moe and IASCA and the support was low. He had a better opportunity in the States and he took it. Good for him. If you feel that you know what IASCA needs to do to get back on top. I know that Moe is looking for his replacement up here... Call him.

Thumbs up My 2cents

I agree with what both parts of what you Chris & Jeff what I have noticed in 04 here in Ontario it was dB drag. In 05 it was IASCA. IASCA bring in Pro stk is whats needed to get more people back in to it in both dB drag and Iasca the stk classes and street classes need to be brought down a notch new classes need to be developed for guys that have systems that average 135 to 145 dB the type of gear and cost of it to compette in the existing classes is not justifiable to the younger and some that just want to have fun but the fun kind of sucks when you know that your always going to lose. so maybe what we need is these orginizations need to lower cost of putting on one of their shows maybe offer packages of so many shows for so much money and more smaller classes. As for putting me in Yuli's class don't like that idea he sneaky and plays with your mind LOL.
