Why should there be an event?
Because a lot of Americans (and other out-of-towners) make it into downtown Toronto for the weekend and the parade.
A lot of them happen to like their cars and their car audio.

Doesn't mean an event couldn't take place, since there's so many people and so many cars.
It's just I think it would take more than a single-being to put on a show in a prime location. You would need a nightclub parking lot and a lot of word of mouth, the night of.

BUT ... maybe one day.
