sorry to hear about your bad experience. they do work for dealers (or at least they did a couple of years ago) and i thought they'd be at least be half competent at what they do, even if they are a bit stuck up. but wow, the excuses the installer gave for his crappy install are pretty lame.

yes, i originally asked my sales person if they have any audio shop that does their work for them, and they recommended kromers. I trusted their recommendation, and did not look else where, and this was the service i received. Big lesson learned.

Finally, I can ENJOY my music again! Big thanks to Stephen () and James from Ajax Futureshop, you guys were awesome! I'm very impressed with your work. I was very hesistant at the begining with taking my car to Futureshop for car audio install, but that all changed. I think if I'd ever want to add more stuff for my system, I would definitly get it done there, these guys know their stuff. They were very friendly and professional, and the most importantly, they solved my problem that I've been dealing with for the past almost half year. I appreciate everything, and i can finally stop asking and wondering why my bass sounds horrible, because they sound great now!

I'm glad we were able to help you out.
It's nice to put a smile on someone's face after so many issues.
It did take a little longer than I had originally anticipted, but the results speak for themselves.
