Ray and I were discusing prizes for at shows.

We would like to get everyones input.

We would like to know what you like or dislike as prizes for the shows.

Here are some of the ideas we've thought of.

Trophies 1-8 place.
Trophies 1-3 place.
Certificates.
Framed Certificates.
Discounts at Host's Shop/store
No Prizes.

I know that there will be many opinions and if you any other suggestions let us know.

Remember that your decision will affect the cost and frequency of shows in Western Canada.

I'd prefer that the host buys us beer afterwards... at the strip club.

Unless Martin is the host, I know he likes those all male revues, so we'll skip the strip club part.

 

hehehe... parties after shows would be amaing...

i would say the trophies for places 1 through 5??,

I would also like to mention that any combination of these suggestion could also work.

Please keep in mind that on the list that trophies are the most expensive followed by a framed certificates (around half the cost).

Obviously the cost of gift certificates would be based opon the owner's decision.

Having no prizes is obviously kinda Gay but would cost considerably less.

I still look at the trophies and remember what happened at the show, brings back some good memories.

 

I would be willing to trade off the prizes and trophies for a simple certificate in trade for having more shows!!

Barring that idea, I'd likely go 1-4 trophies and 4-8 Certificates with a small gift(T-shirts,hats,etc)...Just a thought..

Trophies for 1st through 3rd. If everyone got a trophy it kinda takes away from it's prestige. Does that make sense?

I think a small decal from the show would be nice. Like a DBDrag/USACi/IASCA logo with the hosts name and date for every competitor.

I, being a man with the body of a god, (Buddha), am not a big fan of the T-Shirts as they never fit.

But by far the most important I think would be the competitors official score sheet.

Laminated, framed or including a picture in the lanes with the scoreboard in the background would be extra nice. Even if it was printed on standard paper off a basic printer. It would take a little time but would be easy to do.

Manufacturer shwaag is always nice as well.

DBDrag and USACi discs are always a hit.

Those are a few of my ideas.

 

i would agree with 1-3 trophies with name plates and for 4-6 certs , they dont have to be fancy but just something to show for with the score , name , vehical and host name

give aways are a big thing if u want them comming back stickers , t shirts , mags , electronics , just something for everyone thats around

most of all WET T-SHIRT contest haha
