exactly. if there was 5 shows with 5 trophies its all good. but id rather have 20 shows and only a few give out trophies. then its all better. i was saddened that at one show we went to didnt give us a trophy last year. but it was not the main reason to attend the show. but i was extremely happy to be able to go to shows and meet the people there. it is 10 times more rewarding. or at least to me it is.

I think Dave put out the best damn event I have been to in a very long time.
I wouldnt mind seeing the Andre`s stores have an event of thier own, culminating in the biggie being held at Daves store.
The biggie would have trophies for 1-3rd place including a cash purse. Plaques for 4th to 8th maybe?
A "special" winners edition or placing at the event Shirt on top of the Audio Thunder shirts. Maybe golf shirts or Team Defro (heh,heh) . Spell that DEAFROW instead.
Maybe if the idea caught on, challenge the best from other stores like Future Shop, something like that and a winner takes all. Maybe BC versus Alberta or whatever.
Make the prizes worthy.
Swag was great at Dave`s show and it was great to see spectators walking away with something.

that's not a competition - it's just another way for AB prarie boys to get some more trophies that the west coast hippies will never see. hehehe.

ok no Trophies but thing like amps speaker subs thing that can have a name plates on them so who is doing the show can right it off Advertising or get some stuff off the rep's
