seriously i would be happy with a t-shirt. if more came great. we all were attracted to car sound for a reason,for me it was the thump of bass. i've competed in the past and have the trophy's to show, but now it's fun only. whatever happened to doing this for fun? i can understand wanting some help with outfitting a vehicle with gear cuz it's darn expensive if you want to win. if SS wants to hold an application process to find willing competitors let em. if you don't want to apply don't. after reading this thread that's want it seems to be about, people dissin' people who want free gear cuz' they think they are special. hell, i think i'm special, who doesn't??? i just don't compete anymore. bottom line gear costs, if you can save some money through a sponsor, then why not? just my .02

i would try for the SS sponsor ship if it did not kick me up into a new class in SQ but it does and i'm not up redoing the set up
