If I were you, I would go to a local shop and see what an installer has in his box, ask questions and shadow for a day to see if this is something that you might be able to do for a living.

Id just grab a crappy tire set on sale and save yourself the cash for your first set of tools. The list above is pretty solid Klein Tools for wire strippers is a great idea (as anything Klein is of course... )

they are in coquitlam by IKEA
