Check to see if your passenger door pin is not working properly. I would add glass brakeage sensor and a proximity sensor.

Ill have to lookinto that where is this "pin"

The List:
Back up dry cell
Proximity sensor

I think I have the glass sensor. I don't see why I'd need that tho since if they break a window my alarm will sound when they open the door from the inside or try to remove my deck.
Check door pin

Glass sensor will trigger the alarm as soon as the glass breaks. The proximity sensor won't trigger until they try to climb in through the window. With or without the passenger side door pin working the prox will likely trigger as soon as the door is open anyway. I love my prox sensors.

prox sensors work well especially if you like leaving your windows vented

if your really worried about protection you'd probably want to upgrade to one of the newer viper 2 ways because they have a very long range so at least if something was going on with your car you would get alerted in your house. Also adding a proximity sensor is a good idea because even if the door pin doesn't work, as soon as they enter the interior part of your car the alarm will get set off by the proximity sensor.
