then you just ****ing laugh at the clown he wont know what to do, and I doubt he will want to go to jail for murder when he can just turn around and take off, and besides 90% of the time they arent expecting anyone to interupt them so you can just sneak up on them and smash them in the back of the head or what ever with what ever you have, cuz only an idiot would think of checking it out with out some kind of protection...

What does this crook have to lose by shooting you, even in say the body? Are you going to be able to identify him after? What if his buddy is standing in the bushes, after all this happens, and decides to come up behind you?
